Once we worked out the issue with signing up to Spotify using the facebook credentials and finding out the actual username, we could log in to the Premium account. In the Tesla, we tried to sign in to the FREE Spotify account, which did not work. So both accounts use the same email address in the "email address field," but the username is different. Alternatively, go to Spotify and click Log In, where you can choose to either log in with your Facebook account details or your Spotify username and password (if you have an older account). In the account overview section, you would see your account. In Spotify, click your name at the top-right, and then select Account from the drop-down list that appears.
